This position is responsible for coordinating product distribution, managing service requests, and liaising between clients, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee efficient delivery and maintenance of medical devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Coordination:
Oversee inventory management and product availability.
Coordinate procurement, storage, and dispatch of medical equipment.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Service Coordination:
Manage customer service inquiries regarding medical equipment maintenance and repairs.
Schedule and monitor service appointments with technicians and engineers.
Maintain service records and documentation.
Client & Vendor Communication:
Act as a bridge between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Address customer concerns and provide solutions efficiently.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Administrative & Reporting Duties:
Prepare reports on product performance, service efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Assist with documentation, contracts, and compliance-related tasks.
Support marketing efforts by gathering product feedback and improvements.
