Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and chat in Malayalam and Tamil
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solutions
Qualify leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team
Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools
Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize campaigns
Fluency in Malayalam and Tamil (both spoken and written)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to quickly learn about products/services
Basic computer and CRM knowledge is a plus
Prior experience in telesales or pre-sales is an advantage
