Role Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and assisting clients throughout their property discovery journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads received through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.

• Understand client requirements (budget, location, configuration) and suggest suitable property options.

• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits and follow up with clients post-visit.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and communications in the CRM system.

• Build strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.

• Support marketing and sales activities during property launches and promotional events.

• Work closely with the digital and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
