GoGreen Ventures is seeking a proactive and results-driven Pre-Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound leads generated through WhatsApp marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in qualifying leads, preparing customized quotations, and scheduling client meetings for our solar system solutions.
Manage and respond to inbound inquiries through WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
Qualify leads based on budget, project scope, and interest level.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and effectively pitch our solar solutions.
Prepare and send customized quotations based on client requirements.
Set up and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team or technical consultants.
Maintain lead databases and CRM updates, tracking every stage of the engagement.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead handling and improve campaign performance.
Follow up with leads regularly to maintain interest and increase conversion potential.
Lead Generation through WhatsApp and digital marketing channels.
Number of Qualified Meetings Set with potential clients.
Quotations Prepared and shared.
Quotation-to-Meeting Conversion Rate (effectiveness in moving leads to meetings).
1–3 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, or lead generation (solar industry experience is a plus).
Comfortable using WhatsApp Business and CRM tools.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and quotation formatting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Prior experience in solar or renewable energy product sales.
