Sales Executive – Daftar Decor

Location: Gurugram (On-site, Full-time)

Daftar Decor is a premium design and build company focused on corporate interiors and turnkey fit out solutions. With over 2 lakh sq. ft. of commercial space successfully delivered across Delhi NCR and Mohali, we bring innovative design, technical precision, and seamless execution under one roof. We are looking for a sales Executive to join our team and be the first point of contact with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate and qualify sales leads.

• Understand customer requirements, address queries, and provide suitable solutions.

• Schedule meetings and ensure smooth lead handover to the sales team.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls, interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM.

• Ensure timely follow-ups with potential customers to maximize conversion.

• Communicate professionally with both internal teams and external customers.

Qualifications & Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in Sales / Interiors / Furniture industry (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining quality.

• Organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and in a team.

• Basic knowledge of interiors/architecture is a plus.

• Graduate in any stream.
