World Escapes is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell our outbound group travel packages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for travel, proven sales skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with corporate clients, MNCs, and online platforms. You will be responsible for creating custom group packages and driving sales across various channels.

Design and develop outbound group travel packages tailored to different destinations and client needs.

• Identify and approach corporate clients, MNCs, and institutions for group travel partnerships.

• Sell travel packages online through digital marketing, platforms, and lead generation.

• Build and maintain relationships with B2B clients, HR teams, travel managers, and procurement heads.

• Prepare detailed itineraries, proposals, and quotations.

• Negotiate contracts, close sales, and meet or exceed sales targets.

• Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth delivery of travel services.

• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve offerings.

• Participate in travel exhibitions, networking events, and promotional campaign
