Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Online Digital Course Sales Executive to promote and sell our online learning programs. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, have strong communication skills, and experience in online or tele-sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell digital courses through online platforms, social media, email, and messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.)
Handle inquiries from potential customers and provide course information
Convert leads into enrolled students through effective communication and follow-ups
Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales strategies
Maintain a database of leads and update sales records regularly
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Provide customer feedback to the product development team
Required Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Familiarity with online platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom, WhatsApp, etc.
Basic understanding of digital courses and e-learning platforms
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, and regional language like Odia is a plus)
Qualifications:
10th/12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in sales or digital marketing is preferred
Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome
