Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell international and domestic tour packages to individual and group travelers.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest tailored travel solutions.

• Convert leads into sales using strong communication and rapport-building skills.

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams for seamless delivery of services.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Stay updated with international travel regulations, visa processes, and travel trends.

• Provide support throughout the sales cycle including post-sales customer service.

• Prepare quotations, travel itineraries, and required documentation.

• Regularly track and report sales performance to management.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma (preferably in Business, Tourism, or Hotel Management).

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience (experience in selling international travel packages is a plus).

• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a bonus).

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

• Ability to write professional emails and handle client communication.

• Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
