Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of experience in real estate marketing to lead and execute innovative campaigns that drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote residential projects.

• Plan and execute digital, print, and outdoor marketing campaigns.

• Manage social media presence and create engaging content for platforms.

• Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads.

• Oversee branding, PR, and promotional events for project launches.

• Collaborate with creative agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution.

• Conduct market research to analyze customer trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare marketing budgets, track ROI, and report campaign performance.

• Drive innovative strategies to enhance customer experience and brand positioning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–4 years of proven experience in real estate marketing (mandatory).

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
