Job Title: Loan Services – Direct Selling Agent (DSA)

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to promote and facilitate loan services, including personal loans, home loans, business loans, and loan against property. As a DSA, you will be responsible for sourcing potential customers, explaining loan products, and coordinating with banks/NBFCs for loan processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for various loan products.

• Meet prospective clients, understand their loan requirements, and offer suitable products.

• Explain loan terms, eligibility, documentation, and process clearly to customers.

• Coordinate with partnered banks/NBFCs for application processing and approvals.

• Collect and verify customer documents and ensure smooth submission.

• Maintain regular follow-up with clients until disbursement.

• Achieve monthly loan disbursement targets.

• Maintain database of leads and update status regularly.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th pass and Above.

• Prior experience in loan sales, insurance, or any field sales is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of financial products and documentation.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
