Job Overview

Info Analytica is looking for enthusiastic and driven graduates with 6 months of experience in Lead Generation to join our dynamic sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to identify prospective clients across assigned markets.

• Generate high-quality leads through outbound calls, emails, and online research.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

• Understand client requirements and share relevant details with the sales team.

• Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth follow-up and closure processes.

• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor’s degree required).

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Lead Generation or Inside Sales.

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle night shifts.

• Good analytical and research abilities.

• Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
