Lead generation is the process of attracting and converting prospects into potential customers through strategic marketing and outreach efforts. As a Lead Generation Executive at RapidCrew Solutions, you will play a key role in identifying target audiences, capturing their interest through personalized engagement, and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and other online platforms.
Generate qualified leads by using data-driven strategies and outreach tools.
Maintain and update accurate lead data in CRM systems.
Engage prospects through email, calls, and social media to create interest in company services.
Work closely with the sales and recruitment teams to convert leads into business opportunities.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
Basic understanding of lead generation processes and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Prior experience in US staffing or B2B lead generation preferred.
Comfortable working in night shift (US timings).
