Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers are also welcome)
We are seeking an enthusiastic and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team at Cosmohome Tech Expo – India’s leading B2B exhibition for cosmetics, personal care, home care, perfumery, and ingredients. This role focuses on identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in driving exhibitor participation for our shows.
Contact potential customers via calls to inform them about the exhibition.
Answer queries related to the exhibition and company offerings.
Gather client information, understand their profiles, and qualify them as potential leads.
Enter, update, and maintain accurate customer information in the database.
Coordinate with the sales team to support conversions and deal closures.
Maintain records of calls, responses, and sales progress, noting key insights.
Build and manage customer relationships to ensure long-term engagement.
0–5 years of experience in lead generation, tele-calling, or inside sales (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle client queries confidently and professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM tools preferred.
Goal-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated.
