We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive with prior experience in field sales, seminars, and student engagement to drive business growth in the EdTech sector. The candidate should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in the local language, and be confident in interacting with students, parents, and schools—especially focusing on commerce stream students.
Key Responsibilities Conduct field visits to schools, coaching centers, and educational institutions to generate leads. Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, and awareness sessions for commerce students. Engage with students and parents to explain course offerings and career opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with school authorities and local education networks. Achieve lead generation and conversion targets through direct interaction. Provide accurate and timely reports of field activities to the manager. Travel between institutions (own vehicle mandatory).
Requirements Minimum 1+ year of experience in field sales/lead generation (preferably in the education/EdTech sector). Strong communication skills in English and local language. Good knowledge of conducting school seminars and student counseling. Ability to work independently and achieve targets. Graduation in any stream (Commerce preferred).
