We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation Executive for our outbound BPO operations. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through cold calling, outbound campaigns, and follow-ups. You will play a critical part in supporting the sales team by building a strong pipeline of prospects and maintaining accurate lead data.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to identify decision-makers and qualify potential leads
Understand customer needs and present relevant product/service information
Schedule appointments and pass qualified leads to the sales team
Maintain and update CRM systems with lead details and call outcomes
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets
Work closely with team leads and managers to optimize scripts and strategies
Maintain professionalism and high-quality customer interactions at all times
Requirements:
Proven experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection
Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Flexibility to work in different shifts, if required
