We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our IT Staffing and Recruitment business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline for our recruitment and staffing services.
Research and identify potential clients (IT companies, startups, enterprises, MSPs, and staffing buyers).
Generate leads through multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job portals, email campaigns, cold calling, and online research.
Identify client requirements related to IT staffing, contract hiring, permanent hiring, and project-based recruitment.
Schedule meetings and demos between prospective clients and the sales/recruitment team.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM or tracking sheets.
Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Collaborate closely with recruiters to understand talent availability and market demand.
Track daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets and performance metrics.
Stay updated with IT industry trends, technologies, and hiring demands.
1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development (IT staffing experience preferred).
Strong understanding of IT staffing and recruitment processes.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, CRM systems, and job portals.
Ability to research decision-makers such as HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, and Hiring Managers.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Experience working with US / UK / Canada / Australia IT staffing markets.
Knowledge of IT technologies and roles (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
Familiarity with outbound sales strategies and lead nurturing techniques.
