TRUSTUS LOGISTICS PVT. LTD. is actively seeking a highly professional and experienced Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and expand relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate must possess strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive results through strategic account management.
Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients
Understand client needs and propose solutions that meet their goals
Serve as the lead point of contact for all key account matters
Prepare regular reports on account status and performance
Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
Identify opportunities to grow business with existing clients
Resolve client issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
Strategic thinker with problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
