The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of digital marketing services, and driving business growth through strategic account management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
Understand client goals and create tailored digital marketing strategies.
Conduct regular review meetings, performance reporting, and strategy optimization.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across services.
Coordinate with internal teams for SEO, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Paid Ads campaigns.
Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, timelines, and quality delivery.
Track performance metrics (KPIs) and ensure clients achieve measurable results.
Maintain high client satisfaction and retention rates.
Develop long-term partnerships and handle escalations professionally.
Ensure revenue targets are met through account growth and renewals.
Strong understanding of digital marketing services: SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Website development.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign performance data.
Hands-on knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ads Manager, CRM, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or client/account management.
Experience in agency environment preferred.
