About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) with 0-1 year of experience in account management, strong business acumen, and the ability to work under pressure. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a passion for delivering results. A background in sales will be a strong advantage, and an MBA-Finance is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and nurture relationships with premium customers, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.
Develop strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
Analyse client needs and provide solutions using internal frameworks to drive business growth.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle negotiations and resolve client queries in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar role but Fresher’s is also welcome.
Strong business acumen.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively.
Proficiency in MS Excel
Sales experience will be an added advantage.
MBA-Finance is mandatory.
