Key Responsibilities:
As a Key Account Manager handle e-commerce sellers
Monitor and drive team performance to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets
Analyze seller performance and provide strategic inputs to enhance business outcomes
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless seller support and resolution
Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and training sessions for the team
Maintain team motivation, discipline, and ensure performance benchmarks are met
Manage dashboards, track KPIs, and generate performance reports using Excel
Skills Required:
Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with data analysis
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English
Proven leadership ability to drive results through a team
E-commerce domain knowledge will be an added advantage
