We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Key Account Manager to manage our strategic relationship with Myntra, one of India’s leading fashion e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational performance, and enhancing the visibility of our brand(s) on Myntra.
📦 Business Ownership: Manage end-to-end performance of the brand on Myntra – sales, margins, returns, marketing, visibility, and customer experience.
📈 Sales Planning: Forecast weekly/monthly sales and track against targets; drive sell-through and optimize assortment.
🛍 Campaign Management: Coordinate participation in Myntra-led events (EORS, Big Fashion Festival, etc.) and brand-specific promotions.
🔍 Data Analysis: Analyze performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
💬 Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the brand and Myntra category managers, catalog, operations, and marketing teams.
🛠 Operational Excellence: Ensure timely cataloging, inventory updates, and price changes through Myntra’s partner portal.
💸 Discount & Pricing Strategy: Plan discounts and offers while balancing revenue and margins.
📢 Visibility & Merchandising: Work on on-site banner placements, push notifications, and email marketing with Myntra’s team.
🧾 Reporting: Share weekly/monthly business reports with internal and external stakeholders.
