Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a key part in driving Tapvera’s business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and promoting our range of IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through various channels and convert them into sales

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Present and promote Tapvera’s IT services to potential clients

Stay updated on industry trends and Tapvera’s evolving service offerings

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of IT services and digital technologies

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Prior experience in B2B or IT sales is an advantage (preferred but not required)
