o Minimum of 2 years to 5 years of inside sales experience in the IT industry, specifically in software and hardware sales.

o Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.

o Basic understanding of IT software and hardware products, including but not limited to servers, storage solutions, networking equipment, cybersecurity tools, and enterprise software.
