• Actively bring new business to the company through lead generation, networking, and strategic outreach.

• Identify potential clients and convert them into long-term customers.

• Develop and execute business growth strategies in line with company goals.

• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.

• Understand market trends and client challenges to offer relevant IT solutions.

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and close high-value deals.

• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams for pre- and post-sales support.

• Maintain sales pipeline and report on performance regularly.

• Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotes, and close deals.

• Target corporate clients for IT and hardware solutions.

Product Knowledge (Mandatory): Demonstrated knowledge and prior sales experience with:

• CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) systems

• Access Control Systems

• Public Address (PA) Systems

• General IT Hardware solutions

• Internal Lead Management: Proactively work on internal leads generated through the company's website SEO efforts, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
