Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Representative to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, promoting our IT services and solutions, and building strong relationships with clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms
Meet potential clients to understand their IT needs and propose appropriate solutions
Develop and deliver product presentations and service pitches
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to close sales
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company
Collaborate with the technical team to understand service offerings
Keep updated records of customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
Prepare quotes and proposals as per client requirements
Provide timely reports on sales performance and market feedback
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B or B2C IT sales
Strong understanding of software products, website development, digital marketing, and IT solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage the entire sales cycle independently
Self-motivated and target-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and email communication
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS or service-based IT companies
Knowledge of sales tools and lead generation platforms
Fluency in English and Hindi
