Key Responsibilities
✅ Outbound Sales Calls – Make multiple outbound calls to assigned B2B prospects in North America or APJ regions, identifying and developing sales opportunities through research and effective communication.
✅ Handling Objections – Address and resolve key prospect objections by leveraging product knowledge and vendor-led training to move the sales cycle forward.
✅ Follow-ups & Relationship Building – Maintain consistent and timely follow-ups to keep the sales process on track and ensure positive outcomes.
✅ Campaign Understanding – Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer campaigns, products/services, and communicate the brand identity effectively to prospects.
✅ Reporting & Feedback – Provide detailed feedback to Team Leads and senior stakeholders on interactions, conversions, rejections, and challenges to improve outreach strategies.
Requirements
🎓 Education & Experience:
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
✔ At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, with a background in engaging with technology stakeholders and senior executives (C-suite, SMBs, and enterprises).

✔ Proven success in lead conversions through outbound calling for North America or ANZ markets.
✔ Experience in marketing and sales lead generation campaigns (SQL, MQL, BANT, AG).
