Sales Consultant – International Voice Process

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Process Type: International Voice – Sales

Working Days: 5.5 Days a Week

We are hiring experienced candidates for the role of Sales Consultant in an international voice process. The position is ideal for individuals with a background in international BPO sales and strong communication skills. candidate should have good accent in english and comfortable with night shifts ( US ).

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international customers to promote products or services

• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions

• Convert potential leads into confirmed sales while meeting monthly targets

• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth follow-ups

Skills Required:

• Excellent English Communication Skills

• Sales & Persuasion Skills

• Willingness to Work Night Shifts (US Process)

Salary and Benefits:

CTC: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Uncapped performance-based incentives

Cab allowance of ₹3,000 – ₹4,000 based on distance (within 30 km)
