Job Title: International Sales Executive – US Market

Location: Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), West Delhi
Work Hours: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM (Aligned with US PST Time Zone)

About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on driving sales of software solutions to customers in the US market. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a proven ability to thrive in a target-driven international sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Acquisition: Identify and engage potential US-based clients through cold calls, emails, and other strategic outreach methods.

• Sales Conversion: Present software solutions effectively, address client objections, and ensure successful deal closures.

• Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with clients to promote trust, loyalty, and repeat business.

• Market Research and Strategy: Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.

• Performance Reporting: Track key sales metrics and provide actionable insights on performance, customer feedback, and product enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in international sales, preferably in IT or software solutions.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Strong understanding of computer antivirus and cybersecurity products.

• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in US time zones.

• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
