About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Lead Generation Executive to join our growing sales and marketing team. You will play a key role in identifying and qualifying potential leads through outbound calling and digital outreach.

This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of working from home (WFH) and working from office (WFO) as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate interest in our products/services

• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on pre-set criteria

• Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and lead information in CRM

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business goals

Requirements:

• Previous experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation (preferred)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident telephone manner and the ability to handle objections

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

• Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM tools

• Ability to work independently during assigned shift hours
