Customer Support Executive – International Voice Process (Automotive Domain)
We are hiring experienced professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in voice-based customer support with a strong background in the automotive domain. Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products, services, and technical support.
Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely and professional manner.
Document customer interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
Meet performance metrics related to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international voice process.
Mandatory: Experience in the automotive domain (e.g., auto parts, service, diagnostics, or vehicle-related support).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts (if applicable).
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
