Hiring: International Business Development Manager – Direct Exports
We are building our direct export division (separate from e-commerce) and looking for a smart, proactive person to handle end-to-end export business.
Responsibilities:
Lead generation & customer acquisition (Alibaba, LinkedIn, GlobalSources)
Convert enquiries to orders (quotations, PI, negotiation)
Market research & new country expansion
Export documentation (HS Code, PI/CI/PL, Incoterms)
Coordinate with forwarders, CHA & logistics
Maintain catalogue/listings & manage RFQs
Weekly reporting & strong follow-ups
Requirements:
3–6 years export sales experience
Excellent English communication
Knowledge of machining/lathes/milling tools preferred
Strong negotiation & independent working
Fast response, disciplined, ownership mindset
