Job Title: Telesales Executive (International – UK Process)

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to new businesses in the UK market to present product and service offerings.
Follow call scripts and sales protocols while keeping the conversation natural and engaging.
Handle inquiries about products/services and provide accurate company information.
Identify customer requirements, qualify leads, and generate opportunities as per process guidelines.
Record and process customer details with accuracy.
Consistently strive to meet sales targets and contribute to future sales opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum 1 year experience in outbound telesales (international process, preferably UK market).
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and adapt approach based on customer profile.
Resilient, motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Patient, friendly, and a strong team player.
Compensation:
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Supplemental Pay: Commission + Performance Bonus
Schedule: Fixed UK Shift | Monday – Friday
