Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and persuasive Tele Survey Executive to conduct structured surveys over the phone. The ideal candidate will gather valuable feedback, insights, and opinions from targeted respondents, ensuring accurate data collection and a positive respondent experience. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound calls to customers, clients, or leads to administer surveys. • Follow a pre-defined script/questionnaire to ensure consistency in responses. • Accurately record survey responses using digital or manual tools. • Clarify doubts or questions that respondents may have about the survey. • Meet daily/weekly call and response targets. • Ensure respondent confidentiality and adhere to data privacy guidelines. • Report any challenges, insights, or trends noticed during calls. • Collaborate with the research team to provide quality feedback. • Maintain call logs and update contact records as needed. Key Requirements: • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. • Good listening skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally. • Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools). • Previous experience in tele-calling, customer service, or surveys is an advantage. • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. • Willing to work in different shifts, if required.
