As an Energy Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries and making outbound sales calls to new and existing customers in the Australian energy market.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales:

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

- Provide accurate and timely information on energy plans, pricing, and promotions

- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

- Up sell and cross-sell energy products and services to existing customers

Outbound Sales:

- Make outbound sales calls to new and existing customers to promote energy products and services

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Australian energy market

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer loyalty

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
