The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the Life insurance business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding.
1. Proven experience in insurance sales or financial advisory roles, with a focus on life insurance products.
2. Strong understanding of various life insurance policies, including term life and whole life.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
4. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing sales goals.
5. Knowledge of financial planning principles and the ability to assess clients' needs comprehensively.
6. Proficiency in using digital tools and software for client management and documentation.
7. For govt authorized IRDA license you need to give one exam (exam fees only 567)
