Job Description/Responsibilities:

• To be a friend to all; most of all to our customers and be the first interface

• Identifying clients' needs and requirements, Profiling and Segregating the Service Requests thereby moving them forward in the Sales Pipeline

• Follows up on all leads in a timely and effective manner

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

• Enthusiastic to build good relationships with other cross-functional teams in the business and ensure a smooth transition of Projects during different phases

Desired Profile/Skills:

• 1-3 Years of Experience in a similar profile, (Civil) Freshers can apply too!

• High energy levels and passion to build customer relationship

• Strong communication with good command of English and the local language and interpersonal skills
