Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Research and identify potential leads through various channels (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, etc.).
Sales Outreach: Conduct outbound calls and emails to engage with decision-makers, understand their business needs.
Qualify Leads: Identify and qualify sales opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales pipeline to set up meetings or demos.
Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver product presentations and virtual demos tailored to customer needs, demonstrating the value of IT solutions.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other internal stakeholders (e.g., marketing, technical team) to ensure smooth transition of leads and customer queries.
CRM Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor products, and services to effectively position .
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Experience: 0-5 years of experience in inside sales or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
Product Knowledge: Familiarity with IT solutions, software, and services. Prior knowledge in IT sales or related technical products is a plus.
Sales Tools: Proficiency in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions in a consultative manner.
Self-Motivated: Results-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
