Job Responsibilities Include:
· Handling inbound and outbound inquiries from prospective clients interested in immigration services.
· Providing detailed information about our services and guiding clients through initial consultations.
· Conducting follow-ups and maintaining client relationships to ensure high conversion rates.
· Understanding client profiles and recommending suitable immigration programs.
· Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely processing and support.
· Meeting weekly/monthly targets and maintaining records in CRM systems.
· Staying updated with immigration policies, procedures, and destination-specific knowledge.
