Key Responsibilities:
Lead generation and qualification through calls, emails, digital outreach, and networking.
Drive sales for high-value corporate clients through consultative selling.
Manage, prioritize, and update sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Mentor and guide junior sales executives on best practices and client engagement.
Collaborate with Sales Manager on proposals, quotations, and strategic follow-ups.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships through consistent communication and support.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, deliveries, and post-sales service.
Support client presentations, demos, onboarding, and strategic account management.
Requirements:
4–7 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development.
Proven track record in B2B sales, corporate gifting, or marketing solutions preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in mentoring or leading junior sales team members.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
