Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven and energetic Inside Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with leads, understanding their needs, offering personalized solutions, and converting them into customers. The role involves consultative selling, handling inbound and outbound leads, and delivering exceptional customer experience. key responsibilities Handle calls on leads generated for clear aligner (Smile correction/ Smile straightening) services on our digital platforms. Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries through calls, chats, emails, and WhatsApp. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable makeO (toothsi) products & services. Follow-up with prospects and ensure timely closures. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain and update CRM system with customer details, feedback, and call outcomes. Build strong product knowledge to confidently handle customer queries. Educate customers about the benefits of aligners, treatment process, pricing, and offers. Handle objections effectively and convert prospects into successful sales. Maintain high levels of professionalism, empathy, and customer first attitude in all interactions.
