We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales—all from within the office or remotely. You’ll play a key role in scaling our business by engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and online meetings.
Proactively reach out to potential clients via phone, email, and online platforms.
Qualify leads and schedule product demonstrations or follow-up meetings.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions.
Maintain and update CRM software with accurate customer and prospect information.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to drive business growth.
Respond to inbound inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
