Key Responsibilities:
Engage with leads and prospects through calls, emails, and online demos.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or products.
Generate and qualify leads from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools.
Follow up on inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and share sales reports and activity updates with the team.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and field sales teams for smooth customer onboarding and support.
