Qualification: Graduate from any field; MBA would be an added advantage.

SparesHub has 80+ Franchise Retails Stores selling automobile parts across 17 states in India. Key deliverables ;
• Explaining about SparesHub Franchise Program to the leads • Responsible for building SparesHub Franchises stores across India • Responsible for customer acquisition for Spareshub Franchise Model via video calls/meetings, telephone calls and emails. • Achieving the target of new franchise registrations and their payments • Driving sales through the franchise partners for automobile spare parts. • Overseeing/ coordinating marketing and sales operation for achieving target, profitability, and overall growth. • Building and maintaining healthy business relationships with Franchise partners • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. • Responsible for achieving the target and to improve the market share.
Candidate Profile
• Experience- 3 to 6 years of relevant inside sales experience • Good speaking & listening skills in multiple languages
• Prior tele-calling experience is a must.
• Preference for Only male candidates
• Product or service selling experience with clear monthly/quarterly targets
• Should be self-driven and work independently to achieve results Past Experience: High-growth startups and/or MNCs in the FMCG sector are preferred. Compensation: Company CTC Rs. Upto 6 to 7 lakhs based on experience and skills
