Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to prospective clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up activities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations team for lead generation and client onboarding.
