Position: Inside Sales Executive
The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with prospects, and driving sales opportunities primarily through phone, email, and online channels. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
Schedule product demonstrations, presentations, and follow-up meetings.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue goals.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
