Requirements:

- Provide administrative and operations support to a fast paced and busy team

- Virtual Office agreements and closure on the same, making calls and maintaining healthy relation with our clients.

- Coordinate with various team members and management to ensure appropriate processing and operations according to both internal and external policies/procedures

- Assist team members with ad hoc administrative and operational support

- Respond to customer emails and phone calls in a timely, accurate and professional manner.

- Assist with special administrative projects and coordinate with different internal departments as needed; Finance, Customer Service, Sales, Legal etc.

- Build relationships with existing customers , identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through inbound and outbound calls and also mails.

- And may other related roles and responsibilities in the designated position and as per the verbal discussion.

This is a full-time B2B Sales Executive role located on-site in Bhubaneswar. The Sales person will be responsible for daily tasks related to B2B sales, customer interaction, negotiation, sales pitch, sales follow up, and other sales management. The role will involve engaging with clients, promoting services, and contributing to the growth of the business.
