Key Responsibilities:
Engage with prospects to understand needs, tailor solutions, and support pre‑sales processes.
Prepare BD dashboards, progress reports, and manage update meetings.
Present and maintain the BD pipeline in internal meetings.
Develop and nurture relationships with B2B partners and prospects.
Create marketing materials (e.g., one‑pagers, flyers) using Canva or similar tools.
Conduct market research in FMCG/FDC industries to identify opportunities and gaps.
Candidate Profile:
Analytical thinker with strong data mining and insights skills.
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and basic design tools like Canva.
Excellent communicator and collaborator.
Organized and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Creative problem‑solver with a growth mindset.
Eager learner, self‑motivated, and focused on continuous improvement.
Experience & Qualifications:
2–5 years in B2B sales, market research, or consulting—emphasis on lead generation and pipeline management.
Skilled in inbound/outbound lead strategies and platforms like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Experience in FMCG or retail consulting preferred.
Strong command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Post‑graduate qualification from a recognized business school.
