Key Responsibilities:
· Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Proactively identify and engage potential clients through cold calling and various lead generation strategies.
· Sales & Client Onboarding: Manage the complete sales cycle—whether inside sales or field sales—from prospecting to closing, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
· Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
· Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to strategically position Dove Soft's services.
· Negotiation & Objection Handling: Expertly navigate client negotiations, address objections, and provide quick, effective solutions to close deals.
· Target Achievement: Consistently achieve or surpass sales revenue targets, contributing to the company’s growth.
