Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect potential clients.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed sales quotas.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their requirements.
Qualify leads, conduct needs assessments, and deliver effective sales pitches.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to facilitate seamless sales processes.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the management team on product performance and market insights.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.
Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience as a Sales Executive (In - House)/Tele Marketing/Tele Sales or relevant role Good Communication in English
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Good presentation skills
