Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
· Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms.
· Qualify leads and create a strong sales pipeline.
· Understand client requirements, analyze technical needs, and propose suitable solutions.
· Prepare and deliver product/service presentations and proposals.
· Collaborate with the technical and pre-sales teams to ensure accurate solution design.
· Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, and prepare regular reports.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
· Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
